Program Bag Insert (Item or Product) - $695

Program Bag Insert (Flyer/Paper) - $1495
Share information directly with Attendees with a flyer, brochure, pamphlet or publication. We are limiting the number of flyer inserts this year, which will make yours stand out more. Sponsor is responsible for printing/manufacturing and shipping/delivery by deadline.
Dedicated Email - $1,995
Connect directly with FreedomFest attendees by email with your content and on a date of your choosing (first come, first served). You may choose a post-event date to follow up with a special offer or invitation.
Water Station $2,500
Almost everyone visits a water station at some point during the conference. Your logo and literature are sure to be seen while attendees fill up. Water stations will be labeled with your graphic and have a rack for any printed materials. Sponsor to provide graphics for the signs and the literature. Limited to two sponsors.
Hospitality Suites, Receptions and Hosted Meals* – $395
(plus cost of catering)
Inform or entertain by engaging with potential investors, clients, donors, supporters or attendees in a hospitality suite. Your session includes a space and time reservation based on first-come, first-served; basic AV setup (projection/display, podium/mic) for presentations, and a listing in the conference agenda if desired. Space is limited so reserve your space as early as possible.
Breakfast or lunch is a 50 minute session. Reception or dinner may be scheduled for 5o-120 minutes.
*Receptions and Meals do not include the cost of catering. You work directly with the Paris Las Vegas team to organize all food and beverage selections, giving you more control over what is served, how the room is set-up, and most importantly, your budget. Any additional A/V needs must be arranged directly with Paris Las Vegas/Encore. Payment for all food and beverage, as well as additional A/V, will be made directly to Paris Las Vegas and/or Encore.
VIP Sponsorship Table Saturday Night Banquet – $3,000
Make sure your sponsorship leaves that final lasting impression with a table sponsorship of the Saturday Night Farewell Banquet. Always an amazing celebration to conclude FreedomFest, a table sponsorship entitles the sponsor to 10 banquet tickets, a reserved VIP table at the front of the ballroom, recognition from the stage, and listing in the commemorative dinner program and on the website leading up to FreedomFest. Saturday Night Banquet Wine Sponsorship – $15,000
Be the most popular sponsor at FreedomFest with this exclusive opportunity. Provide the wine for the exciting and celebratory Saturday Night Farewell Banquet and Anthem Film Awards.
